Faces and Places is the National Portrait Gallery’s London outreach programme which first took place in 2021-22 when the Gallery closed for major redevelopment. Through Faces and Places, students actively engage with the diversity of people represented in the Gallery’s Collection, expand their knowledge of local history through people, discover artists and artworks, and are inspired to create their own artistic responses.
