This Disaster Datsun Classic car was falling apart and we are rebuilding it from the ground up! This video featured a full outer and inner sill section which we fabricate by hand! When we offer it up to the car it fits perfectly and we are looking forward to getting it welded in! This is a huge panel to make by hand and it turned out amazing!

Now that is made, we can concentrate on that outer over panel which meets the recess we made and then that side will really be taking shape! We didn't expect to be re-making this much of the Datsun, but it has to live up to its Disaster name!
Next will be that cover section and the wheel arch section. Plenty more to go at!
