The end is scuffed because I was mashing Esc while accidentally holding Ctrl so the game minimized, and OBS didn't want to pick up the game video. Despite this, the whole video stuttered through the process of "tabbing out" and "tabbing back" into the game. The game audio was also present. Other moderators confirmed it as acceptable for submission, so we have a new Fable TLC Any% WR.
This run, while FAR from perfect, is a culmination of all the years of running this game and practice I've put in these last few months. I've got to say though, if it weren't for Etem telling me that I can snag WR, I would likely never have gone for this as hard as I did. Thank you mate. Can't wait to meet up at a marathon. O_O
Here's the run down of the splits.
Childhood: Okay
Guild Training: Okay
Wasp Menace: I actually saved time! POMMERS
Trader Escort: I did not realize all the Hobbes were next to the Cullis Gate, hence why I went back for the transfer.
Find the Bandit Seeress: Pretty darn good actually. Nothing went wrong apart from maybe 1 or 2 rushes.
Find the Archaeologist: Okay
White Balverine: I anticipated a Nymph in the butt for Witchwood Lake and I missed a howl skip shot but it turned out okay.
Arena: The Bandits round pretty well ruined the split but everything else was fine.
Rescue the Archaeologist: Scuffed Barrier Clip a bit, hence why I lost time to KJ's run.
The Graveyard Path: My literal only complaint is failing Barrier Clip. Fish and Circle RNG were fiiiiiiine.
Rescue Scarlet Robe: Getting in was kinda slow but leaving was pretty good.
Return to Hook Coast: Perfect pretty much all around.
Try to Stop Jack of Blades: Okay RNG with spawns, movement wasn't too shabby.
Battle Jack of Blades: He didn't disappear, whoo, free time save!
Prophets of the Fire Heart: No complaints here.
Ship of the Drowned: The first and last Summoner both started their Ball Lightning move before I could hit them so that's that time loss.
Oracle of Snowspire: Northern Foothills movement was fine, and I got pre-bridge RNG.
Collecting and Arena Soul: I swung for the second strike a bit early, but it was fine.
Collecting a Heroine Soul: Perfect Briar.
Collecting the Oldest Soul: I whiffed the intended final strike on Nostro, but it was all fine in the end.
The Final Battle: CTRL + Esc minimized your game, and I was spamming Force Push and mashing Esc for the cutscene. Say what you will about OBS being dumb and refusing to capture the game video, but the audio is all there. Not happy about the end of this run because of that, but it's still a World Record all the same.
As always, I'm happy to answer questions regarding the run. :)

![Fable 2 - Any% [Unpatched] Speedrun in 2:58:10
Fable 2 is a janky video game to speedrun because it seems like for every improvement I make, the game just has more and more curve balls to throw at me! But, its a pretty fun run and this one had a mixture of good execution, Stable Fable jank like any Fable game would, and some major luck with that Something Rotten troll, hoo whee! ![Fable 2 - Any% [Unpatched] Speedrun in 3:07:35
So I decided Id try my hand at the unpatched any% run again because I knew I had a free PB on the horizon, and did I ever. This category is probably going to be my new speedrunning focus for a little bit. Anyway, the run is pretty much built on the house exp glitch that existed in first print copies of Fable 2 to get swole (literally) before you even head to Rookridge.
This run was performed a stock Xbox 360 E console with the game installed on the hard drive. Fable 2 - Any% [Unpatched] Speedrun in 3:07:35](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/aYNEPcoq16Q/mqdefault.jpg)
