I wanted to make this comparison for a while. Unfortunately I was too lazy to set up 4 timers so I slapped one in the middle and had it stop on the teleport input on the last example to do it.
I do however have timestamps on the teleport menus first coming up below.
TLC Menu the Seal: 1.401 seconds
TLC and Anniversary Charge the Seal: 2.185-ish seconds
Anniversary Menu the Seal: 2.635 seconds
