In this video, Paul walks through the Instance List in FabFilter Pro-Q 4 and shows how to use it to speed up your mixing workflow. You'll see how to navigate and edit EQ instances directly from the list, use Auto Zoom to hover and edit on the fly, search and filter tracks by name in larger sessions, pin priority tracks so they're always in reach, and use the Emphasize button to get a temporary 6dB boost for quick evaluation – all without ever losing your place in the session.
Whether you're working on a moderately sized mix or a complex post-production session with dozens of tracks, the Instance List is one of those features that quietly saves significant time across a project. FabFilter have also confirmed more plugins will be supported in the Instance List soon.
