Regulation time ended at 3-3 after Dwayne Smith had put Lion Heart ahead in the 36th minute and German Gonzalez equalised in the 38th minute. Smith netted a second from the penalty spot spot in the 62nd. and Necarious Watt made it 3-1 to Lion Heart in the 74th min, but Derrol Redhead in the 81st and then McGraw Baptiste, also from the penalty spot, in the 5th minute of added time at the end of the game made it 3-3.
The Boys then held their nerve to win 5-4 on penalties, with game 2 scheduled for EE/LL on Sunday 4th July
