Since embracing a raw primal diet, my energy levels have soared. Even within the first week, I could feel my strength, clarity of mind, memory recall, and quality of sleep noticeably improve. Now, about a month and a half in, my former stress and anxiety have practically faded away, my thoughts are much sharper, digestion is great, and I can honestly say that I am feeling the best I have energy and health-wise in years, not to mention a renewed and deeper sense of connection with and understanding of the forces and cycles of Nature itself.
