Today we're taking YOU in for a BIG street food tour of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!

Today, I'm (Trevor James, The Food Ranger) taking you along with me to try 3 famous Malaysian street foods, including going into the famous MyBurgerLab factory to watch how the salted egg sauce is made for their ultra famous crispy chicken salted egg burger! Malaysia has many different types of burgers and I actually prefer them more than the traditional style, because there are Asian ingredients put into the burgers here which make them much more flavorful and delicious!
And first up, we're starting off with a FAMOUS Malaysian street food dish, the char kuay teow, a super fragrant and delicious fried wide rice noodle that is famous in Penang, but you can still find a few good ones in KL, and we're bringing yo uto a good one!! The high heat and fast frying of the wok brings an amazing "wok hei" flavour which is smoky and gives the noodles an incredible aroma.

and After this , we're bringing you in for a famous Malaysian dessert, the ABC! I love Malaysian desserts, there are so many varieties. And today, we're bringing you for an ABC and a taro shaved ice and a bonus mango dessert too!

And to finish up the day, we're bringing you to the most famous burger restaurant in Malaysia, MyBurgerLab, and getting into the factory! I ordered a ton of their burgers during the lockdown and wanted to go see how their made and it was a lot of fun to check it out and to show you!! You're gonna get hungry!!!
