In this video I'm trying a new format - reacting to myself teaching at a masterclass. So recently I had a Zoom class with Masters Ballet Academy students on making Arabesque better and improving Back Elasticity and Mobility. I enjoyed the process a lot but will I enjoy watching myself demonstrating all of the exercises and making corrections? Or will it be very cringey?
