****If anyone runs into the problem with Windows 7 forcing the fat32format.exe to have a file folder on C:\ before it would put the actual .exe file on the C:\ thus making the cmd not able to read it since it's C:\fat32format\fat32format.exe

***To solve this, simply click and drag the fat32format.exe file and drag it straight to the C:\ drive, then follow vid.
