This External Chamfer Tool fits into a drill with a standard chuck and can be used to remove burrs from bolts or any round (or square material) from 4mm to 19mm in diameter. This bit was bought from ebay for less than £7 delivered, you can get some better quality ones made by a company called Uniburr. These are a great tool for removing burrs from cut bolts or damaged bolts and are a welcome addition to any tool box.
