It's a satellite air-driven aquarium breeding box with dwarf crayfish.
Look at my shrimps here: shrimp-tank.com

This breeding box requires an air pump to work properly. Air pump is not part of the breeding box package, but you can use any even very small one.
Then you need to assemble box (that's easy), hung it on a tank side outside of aquarium, of course, and attach it to air pump.
Air pump will drive air with water inside the box and then excessive water will fall down back to your aquarium.
So, you will have an extension for your tank that do not need filtration.
