I'm not a master builder, nor am I a POB warrior. But I think this is a pretty strong contender for league start considering the nerfs to everything else, the easy upgrade path, and the smooth playstyle. Plus Exsanguinate looks awesome. That said, the price of Cold Iron Points early is the only big worry. Something to consider. What's great about Exsanguinate is how easy it is to scale. You can scale with physical damage, damage over time, & spell damage just to name a few. It also bypasses the mana issues since it costs life to throw, but you'll still want mana for CWDT and Auras. Anyways, interested in your thoughts
