1 Large Scotch Bonnet
6 Cloves of Garlic
2 medium size onions
Ginger (the size of the medium size onion used)
1/2 tbsp Aniseed
1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
1tsp ground cardamon
1tsp ground nutmeg
