The Ottawa Crown Tim Wightman took the extraordinary step of contacting the Regional Senior Judge in Ottawa and communication a series of falsehoods and fabrications that would mislead most people. I responded just as quickly with my own letter to Judge Macleod correcting the record and demonstrated that it is the Crown who is acting without good faith and attempting to stack the deck against me.

Although I still have not received my full disclosure from the Ottawa Crown, what I have received gives evidence to the political motivations behind my charges and many others. It is now obvious that our government was embarrassed with the thousands of trucks and people in Ottawa during January/February 2022 and they feared losing control of their agenda of fear and the con job they pulled on all Canadians. To counteract this outpouring of opposition they needed to create villains and are using the courts as a means to intimidate and financially ruin the outspoken .
