In this video, I explore quite a lot of Upstate Liberty, from the countryside to the Cedar Ridge observatory all the way to Gostburg, where it all began for our protagonist Claude in GTA 3.

Upstate Liberty is a major map modification created by AdusPL, which brings forth a large brand new map area beyond the Shoreside Vale tunnels.
It essentially expands the area known simply as Upstate Liberty (which was mentioned many times in-game in GTA 3)

Areas include:

- Love Estates
- Carrington
- Warsaw
- Gostburg
