During my first exploration of The Gale Estate, the mansion was in a beautifully untouched condition; which it remained in until recently when vandals (asshole kids) started hitting it. I'm all for having fun, but that type of stuff is best left for Cleveland factories of no importance or historical/research or photography value, not an immaculate and historical mansion. The stairwell now lies in complete disarray under a pile of destruction, while all windows sit broken through, some frames remain while others have been pushed from their space to fall to the ground below.
To the best of my current knowledge, The Cleveland Clinic has purchased this property and it is now getting ready to meet its demolition date. I am not certain of an exact date at this moment.
