TahoeDeep follows the deep water exploration journey of Chase Petley, who was first to take pictures and video of the bottom of Lake Tahoe at a depth of nearly 1650 feet. After being told he wouldn't find significant life below 500 feet, he has proven that life is in fact abundant down there, from shrimp, to fish, to stranger things that need a second look.

Chase has been to the bottom many times now. He's seen things, he's filmed things, he's heard things.

Joined by Noah Jeremy, an amateur biologist and filmmaker, Chase and crew are exploring some of the deepest waters in the world - starting with Lake Tahoe, America's second deepest lake.
