Arctic retro | Exploring MSX! The Philips VG 8235 MSX2 computer using Gotek and MaxDuino @Arcticretro | Uploaded November 2021 | Updated October 2024, 11 hours ago.
In this video I explore a great MSX machine, the Philips VG 8235 MSX2. It is a 256kb computer with built in 3.5 inch floppy drive.
I also do the restoration-work, make a necessary cable and check out how to load games with modern solutions for emulating floppy (Gotek) and cassette (MaxDuino)
Games tested: 1942, Boulder Dash, Red Lights of Amsterdam, Spy vs spy.
