Hibiki is a character from the criminally overlooked The last blade series, who didn't appear until the second game. It's true that her current fame is mostly due to her appearance in Capcom Vs. SNK 2, but Hibiki was already a unique character in all fighting games since her first debut. She was a guest character in the latest Samurai Shodown, yet she isn't even the main protagonist. But why is that? Is it because of her deep back story? Is it her simple yet efficient move list? Or is it because of the spectacular way her character could evolve in during that one single canon game?
