In our first episode of VICE Insiders, we take a look at some of the creative neighborhoods in Hong Kong. Starting off at Sham Shui Po, we follow our host Arthur Bray into a neighborhood that melds the new with the old. Here, you can get lost in a maze of traditional textile shops but also sip coffee while enjoying some contemporary art at new age cafes. Later moving to West Kowloon, a creative powerhouse where you can buy handmade mahjong tiles from one of the few mahjong craftsmen still around. Or, immerse yourself in the contemporary art on offer at the newly opened West Kowloon cultural district.
