I have had several questions about one of my previous videos concerning opening and resealing CGC SLabs. Some were from others and some were my own:
1) You showed opening a case and swapping the book, can this be done with just the label?
2) The side of the slab was obviously tampered with in your previous video (now that we know this is possible). Can this be made less obvious?
If the tampering can be made less obvious that could possibly indicate that more books are suspect than just the reholdered book that CGC has handled.
3) Is there any damage to the label or the book from heating that would allow us to recognize tampering?
4) what temperatures are required? e.g., are there any specialized tools or equipment necessary such that it must only be a very few cases tampered or is this something that anyone could do? This question may help define the scope of the problem.
