Join us in the first of a series of abandoned mines in the Deming area of New Mexico. This particular mine working had a long adit with 16 ore chutes leading up to a large stope! Nothing glamorous here concerning minerals, only manganese was the ore of choice for these mines. Adrian Unknown and I have much more in store towards underground exploration in the near future.
