The Havens caravans are modern three bedroom static holiday caravans located on the award winning Crealy Resort in the East Devon countryside. Designed for family holidays and short breaks, these caravans sleep up to six guests and provide a comfortable base just a short walk from Crealy Theme Park & Resort. Inside you will find a bright open plan living and dining space with Smart TV, comfortable seating and a fully fitted kitchen equipped with appliances including an air fryer, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The accommodation includes a master bedroom with WC, two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom with shower.

Outside each Havens caravan features its own private decking area with countryside views, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the theme park. All stays include free entry to Crealy Theme Park for the duration of your visit, along with access to resort facilities including evening entertainment during selected dates, free WiFi, allocated parking and central heating. The resort location also places guests within easy reach of Devon’s beaches, coastal walks and seaside towns.

Crealy Resort offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit different styles of stay. Luxury Hot Tub Lodges such as Farringdon, Cedar, Escape, Beach House, Dartmoor and the Mapleton Lodge provide high end accommodation with private hot tubs. Guests can also choose Devon Hideaway Glamping Lodges, Luxury Safari Tents, Buddy Explorers and Retreat lodges, an award winning Camping and Touring park, or Stay and Play glamping packages. The Havens caravans provide a classic holiday park experience while still enjoying all the facilities of the Crealy Resort.

Located near Exeter, Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the largest theme park in Devon and features more than 60 rides and attractions including rollercoasters, water rides, indoor play areas and animal experiences. The park first opened in 1989 and is operated by Maximum Fun Devon Limited, attracting families from across Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset.

One of the most popular areas of the park is Sooty Land, based on the long running British television characters Sooty, Sweep and Soo. The land features Sooty’s Magic Bus, Sweep’s Flying Circus, Soo’s Sweet Balloon Ride and Izzy Wizzy Let’s Get Dizzy, alongside Sooty’s Big Top Showtime and an indoor pier building packed with themed attractions, games and dining.

Later in 2026 Crealy will introduce two major new rides to the park. Pirate’s Plummet, formerly Magma at Paultons Park, is being rethemed to fit the pirate area and will become the tallest ride in the South West once open. Rotor, a Zamperla Air Race attraction with a steampunk theme located next to Sooty’s Big Top Showtime, will add a brand new aerial ride experience to the park.
