You would think that Simon would be well prepared to deal with a new Isofill collaboration between sujoyku and Marty Sears after he did the prequel to this puzzle a couple of weeks ago... BUT this fascinating construction has some really clever ideas underpinning it... now how do we solve it logically?!

Rules:
Divide the grid into 10 regions, each with 10 orthogonally connected cells. Every cell in a region should contain the same digit. All of the digits 0-9 must appear in the grid. No two digits on a yellow line may be the same or consecutive. The two digits at either end of a lavender line sum to the digit on the central spot.
