In this video, I show you how I try to make 'soup' espresso with a med-light roast bean on the Sage Oracle Dual Boiler. You can coarsen the grind, and leave the machine in pre-infusion mode to get 1 bar of pressure. Let's also see how the retention is, how the grinder does, and how the taste is on our soup espresso.
We're also going to see that you can remove the tamper fan, if you want to do puck prep on your own. Finally, we tighten the grinder again, and make an automated flat white. Just before I could do the latte art, my wifi connection quit. Sorry about that, but I hope you like the video anyhow!
