YeeFit Adventures - On a backpacking trip to Sequoia National Park some of us experienced Altitude Mountain Sickness (AMS). This is our experience of what we went through at high elevation, some of the symptoms and how we got through this scary event. We faced some challenges along the way and sometimes you have to make a decision to turn around. You learn to be flexible and let the Lord lead you when you are in his creation.
