We were talking about this special shaved ice which we can enjoy at the very traditional Japanese sweet shop called "TORAYA" placed in Akasakamituke for months and months.
AND this apricot shaved ice is only you can get at this shop out of many other TORAYA cafe in Tokyo. AND it was the only time we could get from August through September. As we were expecting to enjoy this since such a long time ago, we were so excited to go there in the begining of September.
Then we found out that there was no special version of shaved ice this year because of the COVID-19 situation...
We were sooooooooooo shocked!!!!!
We REALLY have to come back here to try the special fresh apricot shaved ice next year!!!!!!!! DEFINITELY!!!!!!
Oh well but we enjoyed quite a bit until late in the afternoon that day!
