A few notes from discussion with the top runner.
There are tricks that are tied to framerate in the speedrun. These tricks are very difficult but save a lot of time. Make sure to have quicksave bound to scroll wheel!!! (I use scroll wheel up).
There are some frame-perfect glitches that are used in the record run, be prepared for a very difficult speedrun.
