I use the in-game timer for Exo Zombies speedruns.

Basic strategy:
Hit the printer until you get the nano swarm
You can pretty much use any weapons that you want to, an explosive weapon is recommended though
Camp MP11 hallway to round 20, from rounds 15-20 using your support drops
Train in the first room to round 30
Stay in the Exo Suit room to round 45, using one nano swarm each time the trap is recharging
Use 2 traps and the trash chute to round 50
