Before you ask, yes, that is actually what Returns 3D looks like. It was meant to be viewed on a 3.5 inch screen. If you'd prefer more "smoothing," you can lower the video quality so that YouTube will introduce bilinear filtering when it upscales back to fill the whole screen.
