Me and my (then) girlfriend had just finished moving into our new apartment. I got out the video camera, and she started making some lunch. She put an electric kettle on the stove, and accidently turned on the wrong burner. Definately one of those "America's Funniest Home Video" moments!

My apologies for the sound. For some reason, it conked out on the video camera I was using during this part of the recording. I tried amplifying it as best as I could.
