I’m a huge fan of cycle syncing, so today let’s talk about how to exercise for your cycle! Women have different hormones (and follow the infradian rhythm) and therefore it’s important to take this into account and start cycle syncing your workouts. This is so helpful for weight loss with women, but also for balancing your hormones, having more energy, and just feeling your best overall.

There are 4 different menstrual cycle phases, and it’s helpful to change up your workouts depending on where you’re at in your menstrual cycle. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment and I’ll try my best to answer! :)
