September 3rd, 2019, Phoenix Arizona. 28 year old Christopher Kindred was shot in broad daylight in front of the Sonic on North 19th Ave.
The suspect was seen by multiple witnesses running to a nearby apartment complex, where it was later determined he was a resident. This suspects name is Jose Amparano, who was 33 years old at the time.
After being detained, he was transported to the Phoenix Police Department for questioning, along with his girlfriend and another person apparently living in the apartment.
