Morgan Rothenhoefer, 24, and her apparent boyfriend Jamie Souders, 42, were locked up in Middlesex Township, Pennsylvania on charges of creation and possession of child sexual abuse material. Police say they found multiple videos depicting the abuse in a cloud storage account.
