I keep trying to think of something profound to say in this moment but to be honest it's all just pretty overwhelming. I am equally nervous and excited, and also just emotional thinking about leaving this part of me behind.

I have worked so hard to not only lose weight but heal my mindset with food, I am just really looking forward to what this next chapter looks like for me (literally).
