Some of the very traditional wedding days for example: October, it's 8, 9, 18, 19, 28, and 29 of the month as these are considered days without evil spirits (손없는날은). These days vary from month to month. The season with the most "spirit free" days are in autumn and spring.

싱가포르 사진작가 아람 판씨, 북한에 가서 먹방을 찍다!
지난 2013년부터 북한을 전문으로 취재하는 싱가포르 사진 작가 아람 판씨가 북한 식당들을 방문하여 찍은 영상이 화제가 되고 있다.
주권방송은 아람 판씨에게 영상을 제공받아 평양먹방시리즈를 제작했다.
평양먹방시리즈 12편은 아람 판 일행이 동명호텔에 있는 동명식당을 찾아간 영상이다.

4편은 평양의 옥류국수집을 방문하여 냉면을 먹는 영상이다.
영상에서는 우리나라와 달리 200g, 300g 단위로 냉면을 주문하는 모습을 확인할 수 있으며 아람 판씨 일행은 이곳에서 냉면과 함께 대동강 맥주와 후식으로 제공되는 아이스크림을 맛보았다.
이 밖에도 현대식 인테리어를 한 국숫집 내부와 핸드폰으로 통화를 하거나 유모차를 가지고 외식을 나온 평양 주민들을 영상을 통해 볼 수 있다.")
