Alpha Mission, known as ASO in Japan, is a series of vertically scrolling shooters developed by SNK and originally released as arcade video games. The player controls a fighter spacecraft and can shoot enemies in the air, bomb enemies on the ground, collect power-ups, and defeat bosses to advance levels. The games have been re-released for newer platforms which was not included in this video, I focused on the original releases.
