Underground Brutal Thrashers Evisarize return with Bound in Flesh, their second full-length and most ambitious release to date.
Following the raw fury of 2019's self-titled debut and 2022's Blood for the Blackened Eyes EP, 'Bound in Flesh' sees the band advancing into several new directions at once, with the signature warp-speed violence of previous offerings now heightened by the infusion of fresh elements and a newfound maturity in the songwriting.
Songs seethe, churn and flow - from foreboding menace to epic bombast, all-out slaughter to blood-soaked triumph, with layers of complexity balanced out by a constant onslaught of memorable hooks.
Engineered and mixed by Georgia Fullalove (Vada Recording Studios), and mastered by Lawrence Mackrory (Meshuggah, Decapitated, Bloodbath), Bound in Flesh is the most accurate and professional representation of Evisarize to date, and a vital offering for fans of thrash and extreme metal.
