It seems to me that those crying the most about "ist/isms" are the guiltiest of perpetuating the very thing they profess to hate... Those "of color" can be as h@teful as they wish to be while others are expected to remain silent.
Imagine the outr@ge if someone had the (truthful) reaction played out here...
