Everything You Need To Know About Llamas!
Llamas are neutral mobs which can be used to transport large shipments of items. Llamas spawn naturally in extreme hills and savanna biomes, in herds. Their wool colors depend on what biome they are in. Llamas can spawn with one of 4 different skins. This will either be brown, sandy, light gray or white.
Llamas drop 0–2 leather. They will also drop anything equipped, such as a carpet, a chest, and all the items in their inventory. Llamas can be tamed similarly to horses. They can be tamed by right clicking on the llama until it shows hearts, however, even when tamed, the player can't control their movements when riding them. However, a lead can be attached to one, and when this happens, surrounding llamas will follow, making a caravan. A caravan can have up to ten llamas in it, including babies.
Llamas can be equipped with chests, giving it 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 slots of inventory space, according to the NBT-tag "Strength". They can also be equipped with carpets. Each carpet color yields a different pattern.
Llamas are neutral, and if a player or mob attacks one, it will spit at the attacker once, dealing 1 (Half Heart) damage. They are hostile to wolves, and will spit at them without provocation. Sometimes when they spit at a wolf or player they can start a fight within a group of llamas. Tamed llamas can be bred with hay bales.
The child will take on the appearance of one of the parents as if by a coin flip. The strength is chosen as a random integer between 1 and the strength of the stronger parent, inclusive. 3% of the time the resulting strength is increased by 1, but it's still capped at 5.
Here is a reference command to summon a llama. You can change the Variant value to anything from 0-3, change the NoAI to 0 or 1, and Rotation however you please.
/summon minecraft:llama ~ ~ ~ {Variant:0, Tame:1, NoAI:1, Rotation:[270f]}
