I worked at The Container Store corporate office for almost 2 years and wanted to share my personal experience.

The Container Store was a leader of employee first companies, but I never felt the love when I worked there. I hope they listen to their customers & employees, practice transparency, change their CSD floorplan, and finally take accountability.
