Ubuntu 19.10, codenamed Eoan Ermine, is an interim release of Ubuntu which is supported for 9 month and comes with Gnome 3.34 desktop. There have been significant performance improvements. Deb to Snap transition has begun. There is a significant drop in the number of supported 32 bit packages.
