A) Yes, you may, provided with credits given.
Q2) Can I make money if I use your free profit use beats?
A) Yes. Always remember, do not claim the beats is yours and also, do not claim any copyrights to others who using the same beats as you. Be fair to others.
Q3) Can I make money if I use your non-profit beats?
A) You are not allowed to unless we have deals in-between.
Q4) Can I put your beats on my albums?
A) Only with free profit use beats, not the non-profit ones.
Q5) Some of your beats were sampled. Is it okay to make money with it?
A) I use CYMATICS samples only for my free profit use beats, resampled them and edit. I never claimed the sample is mine at all. Thus, you are allowed to make money from it. I already gotten their permission and inform them about this (I have the proof).
***Again, I cant be tracking down the ones who using my beat. You, me and everyone can monetized it together. This is like the only opportunity you guys can get cause most of producers charged for beats while I dont anymore. I share my food with everyone. This channel providing free beats every week range from Pop to Scream Rap type of beat. Not ALL beats here are sampled (usually using samples from CYMATICS since I have
their approval via email). Some of them are originally done by me. Not each beats that is made up to standards, this based on what I feel and felt like making it. Every week, there will be a new beat and trying to be versatile as much as possible. On the other hand, this channel not only does beats only but also, doing real legitimately music with vocals,
orchestral or EDM. This brings out the varieties of things that people can actually use for free provided with credits given.

Q1) Can I use your beats?
- Yes, you can use it provided with credits given on description or title like Prod. By Mirul. Theres no need to ask unless you need for further clarification on certain things.
Q2) Can I use your beats for my album, spotify, videos.etc?
- Yes, you may, but I have to warn you that there are other people who may use the same beats as you. Avoid any copyright strike as my beats are for everyone. There is a reason of why
I put Free Profit Use not just plainly Free.
Q3) Some of your beats are sampled. Can I use them?
- Yes, you may as some of them are from CYMATICS (bought them of course) and approval from CYMATICS itself via email. If need to prove, I can send you personally via email.
Q4) I noticed that your older beats are non-profit use. Can I use them for free?
- Technically, this will have to discuss and sort it out.
Q5) There are people who using the same beat as me and the person decided to copyright strike or copyright claim me. What should I do?
- For this, dm me personally or either comment on my videos provided with the link of the person who copyright strike or claim you, his/her youtube channel and social medias to me.
I will try to settle it for you, but worst come to worst, if he/she decided to keep on going, I will report this to YouTube management for disobedience. I try to fight for it, but
if I couldnt, I am so sorry.

What do you need to know?
• My channel provides beats which users are able to use my beats for monetization. It can be use for rappers who needs instrumental beats or other purposes. - Sure, you can use them without informing me, but crediting is important. Also, please AVOID any claims because this issue has been raised by few people who wanting to use my beats and got claims from others.
- Is best that you informing/commenting that you are usingn so people are AWARE of, or at least, send me the link so I check your work out. :)
• Why cant I claim (E.g copyright claim)?
- There are others who use the same BEAT as yours. Please be more GENEROUS and let all of us have our own food.
- The reason why I make my channel into Free Profit Use beats because I know how hard to find beats that is FREE to use without worrying or concerning whether need to pay or make a deal.
• Can I put your beats on my Spotify or any other platforms?
- Im okay with that. At least, you informing me thru comments or email me via muhd_myrul@hotmail.com so I know that you putting out my beats out there.
• Are you available to collaborate?
- For now, Im not available to collaborate because I got my other stuff to do so the timing schedule is clashing. One of the reasons of why my uploading schedule is not consistent.
• The issue with claims is hard to deal with and I already did my best to resolve as fast as possible despite having busy schedule. My beats are mostly from myself (starting from scratch), using sample from CYMATICS because I bought from them and have their permission to resampled them and monetized it. For ADSR samples, I bought them as well because they can be used for FREE PROFIT.
