It's July. How is it July? But July means it's now Q3, so it's time for a Q2 reading wrap up!
In Q2 I read 25 books (though two were short stories, so 23 books and two short stories, if you want to get technical). I dove into superhero fiction, since I'm currently querying Powerless, and got lost in the Murder of Crows/Post-break world books by Chris Tullbane, and the Don't Tell My Parents series by Richard Roberts.
On the rom-com side, I loved the Chance of a Lifetime books by Kate Clayborn.
Other than that, the top reads of the quarter were definitely Reverie by Ryan La Sala and The Bird and the Blade by Megan Bannen - both highly recommended!
