In this stream I played Mayhem in Monsterland by Apex Computer Productions (1993) on a genuine C64.
This game looks and sounds great and plays as well as it's been designed to play and I'm sure if I had the time and patience I could get to like it. Sadly I just find it laborious. I just can't get into it! It takes too long to play, it's too easy to mess up and die and there really isn't much action.
Anyway I did manage to get to the second level (Pipeland) and scored 178,350. That'll do Donkey, that'll do!
