Everything Bagel Cheese Ball Recipe
Yield: Serves 6-8 people
Ingredients:
8oz brick cream cheese, softened
8oz block cheddar cheese, shredded
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 tsp chipotle pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp everything bagel mix
Directions:
Combine everything in a food processor and mix until everything is combined. Place the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and use the plastic to shape into a ball. Refrigerate for one hour until firm. When ready to serve, coat the outside in everything bagel mix. Enjoy!
