Designed for #Dakar2025, the Dacia Sandrider is more than just a vehicle; it's a true laboratory. This prototype is the result of eco-conscious engineering and groundbreaking innovations. Witness firsthand how we've merged robustness, technical prowess, and eco-intelligent design to create a vehicle that redefines the boundaries of off-road racing.
With cutting-edge aerodynamics, the Sandrider is ready to tackle the Saudi desert in all conditions thanks to its optimum bodyshape for engine cooling and its thermo management with anti-infrared pigment. In addition to its technical performance, the vehicle features quick-opening systems for enhanced efficiency during the race with easy access for spare wheel, tools and spare parts. The Dacia Sandrider was also designed with a smart modular dashboard and revolutionary textiles inside like seat covering with self-regulating humidity. Finally, the vehicle will be powered by renewable energy thanks to #SyntheticFuel, produced by combining green hydrogen with captured CO2.
Also, for the first time in history, #TheDaciaSandriders will hit the trails with three legendary drivers leading the race: Cristina Gutierrez Herrero, Sebastien Loeb, and Nasser Al-Attiyah.
