And honestly? Wow.
This is the kind of Spielberg filmmaking I have been waiting to see again. Disclosure Day has that classic sense of scale, emotion, awe, suspense, and humanity that Spielberg does better than almost anyone. It is not just a movie about aliens or UFOs. It is a movie about people reacting to the impossible. It is about belief, fear, family, discovery, government secrets, and what happens when the truth becomes too big to hide.
What makes Disclosure Day work so well is the way Spielberg balances spectacle with emotion. The movie has huge sci-fi ideas, but it never loses sight of the human beings at the center of them.
