How do you make someone care about something that they don't think about?

Today, I'm talking about Google Account Recovery. I see so many people locked out of their Google Accounts and unfortunately, by the time they post on the Google Account community help forums, it's probably too late for them to recovery.

People need to consider access to passwords, 2nd steps for 2 step verification, and recovery phone and emails before they lose access to their Google Account, but most people don't...until they need it.
